Consider playing one of Europe’s most beautiful courses, Golf de Chantilly, which is snuggled up against the forest of the Ile de France, just north of Paris.
The optimal golfing times in France are May through October. If you are heading toward Paris, shoot for July or August. You will find that the weather will be ideal, and the courses will not be too crowded. If you decide to take your trip to South of France you may want to consider a May, June or September booking, for potentially the best golfing experience.
National (Paris) France
Le Golf National, whose creation was decided on 27 September 1985 by the Committee of the FFG and its President, Claude Roger Cartier, requested three years of work from July 87 to October 5, 1990, when it opened with Ray Floyd Greg Norman, Jeff Sluman and Marc Farry.

Dinard golf course France
Designed by Tom Dunn in 1887, this course is the second oldest in France after the Pau Golf Club (1856). Laid out alongside France’s Emerald Coast, players enjoy sea views from all 18 holes, each of which has its own individual name (the dog’s paw, the complete disaster, etc.) This course is neither long nor tiring, so it may deceive the unwary into thinking that it is easy, but the final score tells the real story. This course is more tricky than difficult, with its sandy soil, undulating fairways, small, high, very fast greens and many bunkers; it also has very few trees but plenty of broom and gorse bushes.
